Shipping policy

Leasholic is dedicated to making our products accessible to customers worldwide. We offer our services in most countries and regions, catering to diverse shipping requirements. To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your packages, we collaborate with trusted international and domestic express companies.


Shipping Fee

We provide free shipping to the majority of countries. However, select countries may incur shipping charges. For accurate information, please refer to the checkout page.


Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). We will carefully choose the most suitable shipping method for your order, including options for semi-express and express delivery, with an estimated arrival time of approximately 7 to 12 days.


Customs Duties & VAT

Leasholic takes responsibility for any additional taxes and fees applied by your government to facilitate the delivery of your package. Customers only need to pay for the product and shipping costs, while Leasholic covers the customs duties and VAT. However, please note that customers may be required to pay additional fees in accordance with the specific policies of the destination country or its residents.


Tracking Your Order

If you have a Leasholic account, you can monitor the status of your order at any time. Most tracking information will be displayed on your order page. You can use either 17TRACK or TRACK718 to track your package. For orders shipped to the Philippines, you can also track your package using J&T Express.


Changing Address for an Existing Order

If you need to make any changes to your address, please follow these steps:

  1. Change or add a new address in the member center first.

  2. Inform us by email (cs@Leasholic.com) or through the inbox after you have updated your address and provided your order ID.

We will double-check the order record to ensure that the address for each order is updated accurately.


Delivery Conditions

The property rights transfer to the buyer upon delivery, as confirmed by the tracking system. The buyer assumes the risk after delivery, unless they can provide evidence of a wrong delivery caused by Leasholic’s fault.
