Product Information
Some products may be available exclusively online. We strive to accurately display colors and images; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be correct.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any individual, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We may also limit quantities of any products or services offered. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders and Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping and Delivery
We provide free shipping to the majority of countries. However, select countries may incur shipping charges. For accurate information, please refer to the checkout page.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). We will carefully choose the most suitable shipping method for your order, including options for semi-express and express delivery, with an estimated arrival time of approximately 7 to 12 days.
For orders that do not receive any tracking updates for more than 4 days after being shipped out, we will investigate the issue and prompt the delivery company to provide the necessary updates.
Most tracking information will be displayed on your order. You can use either 17TRACK or TRACK718 to track your package. For orders shipped to the Philippines, you can track your package using J&T Express.
5. Returns Policy
If you discover any issues with the product within 60 days from the date of purchase, please retain all packaging materials, including the original packaging and any related gifts. Kindly provide photos of the product and request an exchange.
Once we confirm that the product meets the return policy requirements, we will notify you of the status of your return request as soon as possible. A replacement will be arranged within 15 working days after we receive the returned product; refunds are not available.
You will be responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we have sent an incorrect or damaged item.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Please check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
