Shipping

We provide free shipping to the majority of countries. However, select countries may incur shipping charges. For accurate information, please refer to the checkout page.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). We will carefully choose the most suitable shipping method for your order, including options for semi-express and express delivery, with an estimated arrival time of approximately 7-12 days.
For orders that have not received any tracking updates for more than 4 days after being shipped out, we will investigate the issue and prompt the delivery company to provide the necessary updates.

Changing Address for an Existing Order

1. Change or add a new address in the member center first.

2. Inform us by email or through Inbox after you have changed your address and provided the order ID.

We will double-check the order record to ensure that the address for each order is updated.

VAT / Taxes

VAT/taxes are included in the listed price. However, the customs department may have the right to review the case.

Return Policy

If you discover any issues with the product within 60 days from the date of purchase, please retain all packaging materials, including the original packaging and any related gifts. Kindly provide photos of the product and request an exchange.

Once we confirm that the product meets the return policy requirements, we will notify you of the status of your return request as soon as possible. A replacement will be arranged within 15 working days after we receive the returned product; refunds are not available.

You will be responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we have sent an incorrect or damaged item.
